After harvesting, our mustard seeds are gently sun-dried for several days.

The seeds are carefully fed into the Kolhu, where they are gently crushed between two wooden surfaces, ensuring a slow, steady extraction process that preserves the oil’s natural properties. The oil is Gravitationally filtered and sediments rest at the bottom.
