Return Policy

At Teliram, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering pure, high-quality oils that meet your expectations. However, if your order reaches you in a condition that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

When Can You Raise a Return Request?
You may initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit
  • You receive a defective or leaking item
  • You receive the wrong product or variant

    To be eligible, the item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide clear photo or video proof of the issue. Return requests without visual proof may not be accepted.

Products Not Eligible for Return & Exchange
To maintain product quality and hygiene, returns are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items that show signs of tampering
  • Products purchased under special discounts or offers (unless defective)
  • Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery
  • Please ensure you inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Return Process – How It Works

  • Contact our customer support to raise a return request.
  • Share valid visual proof for quick verification.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
  • Returned products undergo an internal quality check before final resolution.

Replacement / exchange

You can place the replacement order within 3 days of delivery, , and all the replaced products will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
Exchange request should be done within 2days after receiving the products we will provide you exchanged product within 3-7 business days.

  • A full refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back through the original mode of payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, The refund will be issued via UPI or direct bank transfer.

Policy Rights or Our Rights
Teliram reserves the right to accept or reject a return request based on product condition, supporting evidence, and internal quality checks. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our natural, chemical-free offerings and ensure genuine customer support.
